Who these terms are with

This website and the photo sessions it describes are run by me, Meadow Singer, a photographer based in Brick, NJ, working as a sole proprietor under the name Meadow Singer Photography. You can reach me at meadowsingerphotography@gmail.com.

These terms cover using this website and booking a session with me. By booking a session, you agree to them. Nothing in them takes away any rights you have under the law.

Using this website

You’re welcome to browse this site and share links to it. Please don’t misuse it, for example by trying to break or overload it, or by copying its photos (see below). I try to keep everything here accurate and working, but I can’t promise the site will always be available or free of mistakes.

Prices

Prices on this site are ranges. Your final price depends on how long the session takes, how many people are in the photos and any extras. I’ll confirm your final price with you, including any sales tax that applies, before your session, and you only pay the price we agreed.

Booking a session

You can ask for a session through the booking form, by email or on Instagram. Asking doesn’t commit either of us. Your session is booked once I confirm the date, time, place and price with you in writing (by email or message). Nothing is paid on this website.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Your photos

After your session, I edit your photos and send them to you in a private online gallery, usually within about two weeks. If it’s going to take longer, I’ll let you know.

I keep the copyright in the photos I take. You get permission to use your photos for personal use: you can download them, print them, frame them, and share them with family and friends and on your own social media. Please don’t sell them, use them to advertise a business, or edit them and present them as my work without asking me first. A credit or tag (@meadow_singer_photography) when you share is always appreciated, but never required.

Please save a copy of your photos once you receive them, as galleries don’t stay online forever.

Photos on this website

The photos on this site are © Meadow Singer Photography. Please don’t copy, edit or reuse them without asking first. I only show photos of people here or on Instagram with their permission. If you’d like a photo of you or your child taken down, email me and I’ll remove it.

If something goes wrong

I take great care with every session and every file. If I can’t go ahead with a session, or your photos are lost or damaged before I’ve delivered them, I’ll offer you a new session at no extra cost or give you back what you paid for that session.

I’m not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside my control, such as severe weather, illness or an emergency, but I’ll always work with you to find a new date.

Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If we ever disagree, please email me first and I’ll do my best to put it right.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time, and I’ll change the date at the top when I do. The terms in place when you booked your session are the ones that apply to it.
