Who I am

This website belongs to Meadow Singer Photography, run by me, Meadow Singer, a photographer based in Brick, NJ. If you have any question about this page, email me at meadowsingerphotography@gmail.com.

What this website collects

Nothing, unless you choose to send it. The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. Your browser remembers your cookie choices on this site so you aren’t asked again. The company that hosts the site keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep it running and safe, as all web hosts do. The Cookies page lists everything stored in your browser.

What you send me

The booking form asks for your first and last name, email, phone number and the kind of session, and, if you like, a date and any comments. When you email me or message me on Instagram, I receive what you choose to share. I only use it to answer you, plan your session and deliver your photos. I never sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

I keep these details only as long as I need them for your session and for my business records, and then delete them.

Other services this site uses

• The booking form is a Google Form. What you type there is stored by Google and covered by Google’s privacy policy. The form only loads on this site if you allow it, because Google sets its own cookies when it does. You can also open it directly on Google instead.
• Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
• If the Instagram section is showing my latest posts (only when you allow it), those pictures load from Instagram’s image servers through a service called Behold, which can see your IP address, as any website you load images from can. To load faster, your browser keeps a copy of those posts for a few hours. It holds nothing about you, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

Children

This site is meant for adults booking sessions. I don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians book sessions for their kids, and only need to share what helps me plan the session.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time what I have about you, to correct it or to delete it. Just email me and I’ll take care of it.

Photos on this site

The people in these photos agreed to have them shared. If you see yourself or your child here and would rather not, email me and I’ll take the photo down quickly, no questions asked.

Every photo on this site is © Meadow Singer Photography. Please don’t copy, edit or reuse them without asking me first. If you were in the session, of course you can share your own photos, and a tag is always appreciated.

Changes

If anything here changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
